Health Safety & Environment Advisor

Location:Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire

Salary:car or 4500 car allowance

Type:Full-time Site-based (rail environment)

An established principal contractor is seeking an experienced Health Safety & Environment Advisor to support a major rail infrastructure project in the Milton Keynes area. This role is fully site-based and offers the opportunity to work on a long-term safety-critical rail programme.

The Role

Provide HSE advice across rail and track civils
Conduct site inspections audits and risk assessments
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Deliver toolbox talks and actively promote a positive safety culture
Engage with site teams and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance

About You

PTS/Sentinel is a must have
HSE experience within rail or track-based construction projects
Confident communicator able to influence operational teams
NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferred
