The Opportunity

As Enablement Lead PeopleComms Operations and Technology (Asia) you will report directly to the VP of PeopleComms Technology and play a pivotal role in translating functional requirements and strategic priorities into technical solutions that drive global HR technology delivery. Based in Asia youll partner closely with our delivery and IT teams supporting global initiatives and ensuring our platforms Workday HCM & Time & Absence ADP Payroll and ServiceNow AskHR deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate functional requirements and strategic priorities into technical solutions for global HR technology delivery.

  • Coordinate platform releases integrations and business readiness for Workday HCM Time/Absence ADP Payroll and ServiceNow AskHR.

  • Own backlog grooming user story creation and case management in Jira.

  • Facilitate Human-Centered Design sessions with end users to inform fit-for-purpose solutions.

  • Support project planning testing and implementation activities for global HR technology initiatives.

  • Influence communication and training plans including learning pathways and enablement materials.

  • Support integrations security administration and master data management for HR platforms.

  • Report on outcomes capabilities and delivery against the Book of Work ensuring accountability for projects initiatives and business-as-usual activities.

  • Partner with IT HR and global stakeholders to ensure system requirements and best practices.

  • Build trust and work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams and time zones.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to document and articulate processes and workflows clearly.

  • Solid understanding of HR functions systems and policies.

  • Experience with Workday HCM ADP ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Jira.

  • Experience with SharePoint for documentation and knowledge repositories.

  • Experience using AI tools to support HR technology delivery reporting or process improvement.

  • 5 years of progressive experience in HR technology enablement or business analysis.

  • Hands-on configuration or operational support for at least one HR platform in scope.

  • Strong English communication skills; additional APAC languages are an asset.

  • Bachelors degree in HR IT or related field.

  • Nice to have: Experience facilitating Human-Centered Design (HCD) sessions or certification in HCD PMP CHRP/CHRL.
