As the Principal at Sage Alliance you will lead a private special education school with purpose compassion and clarity building a safe therapeutic learning community where students educators and clinicians grow together in support of each learners potential.

What Youll Need

Masters degree in education with an active principals license
Deep knowledge of special education populations and therapeutic school settings
Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary educational teams
Strong communication judgment and problem-solving skills
Commitment to ethical leadership collaboration and continuous improvement

What Youll Do

Lead and nurture a safe respectful and therapeutic learning community
Collaborate with educational and clinical leaders to design and implement school programs
Oversee instructional quality IEP implementation and staff performance
Guide staff and student development through coaching evaluation and reflection
Manage school operations including budgeting discipline and community partnerships
