Job Summary

At ING we are looking for an IT Contract Management Expert

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Contract Management Expert to join our IT Strategic Sourcing Team of Gvernance and Operational Excellence CoE.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure effective management of all the contractual lifecycle stages with suppliers guaranteeing regulatory compliance operational efficiency and service quality supporting the business experts and other support teams.

Your key responsibilities:

As an IT Contract Management Expert you will:

Positively contribute to the maintenance of an optimal and trusting environment with internal stakeholders and third parties

Ensure the continuity of IT outsourced processes in accordance with legal business financial and CX requirements.

Contract Lifecycle Management expertise: Assure registration tracking and updating of contracts in internal tools.

Execution of renewals renegotiations terminations and exit plans.

Risk Assessment and Compliance activities: Support and guidance in the execution of risk profiling and assessments

Periodic regulatory controls and audit reviews.

Supplier Relationship Management skills: Direct communication for clause negotiation and amicable resolution of non-compliance.

Ensure strong and healthy relationships with suppliers.

End-to-end Business Support: Support and guidance through the whole providers journey

Support and challenge in defining technical and operational specifications.

Support to business in the definition of SLAs and associated penalties.

Regulatory Documentation management: Provides support on preparation and archiving contractual documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Enabling Service Quality Monitoring self-monitoring: Enable tools and processes to monitor service quality KPIs (SLAs KRIs OCDs).

Identify inefficiencies and contract overlaps.

Allowing reporting activities: Periodic reporting on KPIs KRIs SLAs and OCDs.

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse como IT Contract Management Expert a nuestro equipo de IT Strategic Sourcing dentro del CoE de Governance and Operational Excellence.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es garantizar una gestión eficaz de todas las etapas del ciclo de vida contractual con proveedores asegurando el cumplimiento normativo la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio apoyando a las personas expertas del negocio y a otros equipos de soporte.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como IT Contract Management Expert deberás:

Contribuir positivamente al mantenimiento de un entorno óptimo y de confianza con las personas implicadas internas y con terceros.
Garantizar la continuidad de los procesos externalizados de IT conforme a los requisitos legales de negocio financieros y de experiencia de cliente (CX).

Experiencia en Contract Lifecycle Management:

Asegurar el registro seguimiento y actualización de contratos en las herramientas internas.
Ejecutar renovaciones renegociaciones terminaciones y planes de salida.

Actividades de Risk Assessment y Compliance:

Dar soporte y orientación en la ejecución de perfiles y evaluaciones de riesgo.
Controles regulatorios periódicos y revisiones de auditoría.

Habilidades en Supplier Relationship Management:

Comunicación directa para la negociación de cláusulas y resolución amistosa de incumplimientos.
Garantizar relaciones sólidas y saludables con proveedores.

Soporte integral al negocio:

Apoyo y orientación durante todo el ciclo de relación con el proveedor.
Apoyo y cuestionamiento en la definición de especificaciones técnicas y operativas.
Soporte al negocio en la definición de SLAs y penalizaciones asociadas.

Gestión de documentación regulatoria:

Apoyo en la preparación y archivo de documentación contractual conforme a políticas y requisitos regulatorios.

Habilitación del auto-monitoreo de la calidad del servicio:

Facilitar herramientas y procesos para monitorizar KPIs de calidad del servicio (SLAs KRIs OCDs).
Identificar ineficiencias y solapamientos contractuales.

Actividades de reporting:

Elaboración periódica de informes sobre KPIs KRIs SLAs y OCDs.
