Facility Manager

• Complete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced leadership tasks and habits - including facility management basics
• Ensures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operations
• Works with sales/leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely manner
  • Educate and empower team members on necessary items and requests
  • Resolve escalate customer complaints in a professional respectful manner
• Draft and submit weekly sales and operational reports to upper management as required
• Monitors and adjusts schedules to maximize employee productivity obtain payroll goals and cover key business hours/peak days - Assist with shift coverage as needed
• Able to self organize with a strong attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skills

• Meet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs forecasting fine-tuning sales processes and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followed
• Participate in events to generate new sales such as trade shows open houses member appreciation nights etc.)
• Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment setting standards in customer service and staff training and development
• Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility business to business outreach referrals from members and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members

• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and influence people
• Detailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable profitable business result
• College or University degree preferred* or relevant experience
• Experience in store or facility management as asset*
• Competent in performance metrics including revenue budgeting inventory payroll cost controls and facility maintenance
• Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast paced environment
• Strong administrative skills including payroll scheduling ordering inventory and report generating
