Digital Quality Associate (Hybrid- In-Office & Remote)

TheDigital Quality Associateis responsible forauditing dealership sales systems CRM usage digital tools and customer communications to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency across assigned stores. This role focuses onidentifyingprocess gaps documenting findings and reporting system-level issues to dealership leadership.

This is aquality assurance and audit-focused role not a sales or coaching position. The Digital Quality Associate providesobjective data-driven insights related to lead management CRM workflows website accuracy and digital retailing platforms. All findings are shared with dealership leadership to support follow-up corrective action and ongoing process improvement.

Digital Quality AssociateResponsibilities:

• Audit CRM usage and sales process compliance across assigned dealerships including task completion follow-up timeliness lead handling and documentation standards.

• Conduct regular audits of dealership digital tools and third-party sales platforms includingVinSolutions Conversations Roadster andProfitTime to ensure adherence toestablishedprocesses.

• Review customer communications to ensure professionalism consistency and alignment with company standards. Document findings and escalate concerns to dealership leadership.

• Audit automated digital processes andvalidateproper functionality across dealer and third-party websites. Review online vehicle listings and pricing for accuracy and consistency with internal systems.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and data accuracy toidentifytrends gaps or anomalies. Escalate findings for further review.

• Performtest leads tovalidatelead routing CRM workflows data capture accuracy and response processes. Document results and report issues.

• Prepare and present clear audit summaries and reports to support operational review and corrective planning.

• Maintain audit documentation logs and performance metrics to ensure consistency transparency and repeatability of quality reviews.

Digital Quality AssociateQualifications:

• Strong understanding of CRM platforms withVinSolutions experience strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with dealership digital retailing tools lead management systems and automotive websites.

• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented.

• Strong analytical documentation and written communication skills.

• Ability toidentifypatterns inconsistencies and system-level process gaps.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisiondemonstratingreliability and accountability.

• Physical ability to use computer hardware and software
