Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Senior Chemical/Textile MO Set up operate and perform routine maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues independently. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Collaborate with engineering QA and production teams to improve efficiency and resolve operational challenges. Follow and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process optimizations. Mentor and train junior operators providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing without direct supervisory responsibilities. Maintain accurate documentation of production quality and maintenance activities.
