About the Role
Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing programs and leading teams to success We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to join our Brand & Marketing this role you will design and implement marketing programs aligned with our Marketing Strategy & Plan to achieve brand and portfolio objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing optimisation of portfolio programs in consultation with the Head of Brand & Content and Marketing Manager Suncorp Insurance.
- Design track and optimise marketing programs to support brand customer and portfolio objectives.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business to prioritise activities and deliver class-leading marketing campaigns ensuring compliance with legal risk and regulatory obligations.
- Identify opportunities to test and learn sharing insights to support future activity.
- Develop quality insight-led agency briefs to drive best practice outcomes and optimal ROI.
- Uncover and interpret customer insights to inform propositions and campaigns.
- Champion brand marketing and customer-centricity with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain rolling forecasts and manage monthly budget tasks.
- Drive efficient processes and work practices with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with external agencies and internal partners.
About You
Qualifications:
- Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing (Mandatory/Highly desirable)
- 5 years in related marketing fields
- Experience in Financial Services or other complex highly regulated environments
- Advanced end-to-end integrated campaign management
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of brand and marketing concepts and trends
- Commercial acumen data interpretation and financial management skills
