How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead mentor and grow a team of clinical staff including BCBAs and supervisors-in-training.
  • Provide BCBA supervision case consultation and support program development.
  • Ensure high-quality individualized ABA services for every client with minimal cancellations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth streamline operations and meet key metrics.
  • Foster a supportive positive culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
  • Uphold compliance HIPAA standards and ethical practices serving as a model for your team.

Who Were Excited to Meet

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Masters degree in ABA Psychology Special Education or related field (Bachelors required)
  • 5 years of clinical experience delivering ABA services to diverse clients
  • 2 years of supervision experience including staff training mentorship and performance evaluation
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for building a team culture where people feel supported inspired and at home
  • Experience with business management or P&L oversight is a plus
  • Bilingual skills (if required)
