How Youll Make an Impact

Lead mentor and grow a team of clinical staff including BCBAs and supervisors-in-training.
Provide BCBA supervision case consultation and support program development.
Ensure high-quality individualized ABA services for every client with minimal cancellations.
Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth streamline operations and meet key metrics.
Foster a supportive positive culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
Uphold compliance HIPAA standards and ethical practices serving as a model for your team.

Who Were Excited to Meet

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Masters degree in ABA Psychology Special Education or related field (Bachelors required)
5 years of clinical experience delivering ABA services to diverse clients
2 years of supervision experience including staff training mentorship and performance evaluation
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Passion for building a team culture where people feel supported inspired and at home
Experience with business management or P&L oversight is a plus
Bilingual skills (if required)
