Job Summary
Unit Role:
University of London Officers Training Corps (ULOTC) is to develop the leadership potential of selected students and Army Reserve potential officers and to promote the Armys ethos and career opportunities in order to secure commitment to the Army first as officers but also as future leaders in their chosen profession who will champion the Army in society.

RSDs:
35 - 60 as standard. Further RSDs/STs are available for certain taskings.
Routine:
Parade Tuesday evening during University term time (1745-2100 approx) - new training year starts Sept/Oct. Approx 7 Green Weekends; a summer Annual Deployment Exercise; as well as various Special to Arm visits and Leadership events. Ample opportunity to lead and/or support additional activity such as AT Battlefield Tours development training.
- Assist with the planning organisation and delivery of MOD 1 and 2 Training in accordance with the RMAS Directive.
- Plan organise and administer additional training as directed by the Commanding Officer.
- Provide a role model (appearance and bearing physical fitness and social conduct) that can command the respect and admiration of OCdts in order to communicate the values and ethos of the British Army.
- All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Officer Commanding.
