Security | Part-Time | Iowa Events Center & Wells Fargo Arena

Serve as part of Security Staff for events.

This role pays an hourly rate of $63.00.

This position will remain open until April 10 2026.

• Patrol all assigned locations as directed stationary and mobile.
• Work independently judges and assesses situations for immediate response.
• Secures property from damage theft and vandalism.
• Courteously investigates persons who look suspicious or out of place.
• Responds to emergencies incidents accidents and requests for service as required.
• Maintains records logs databases filing systems and other necessary records/forms as directed by the Security Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid Drivers license required.
• High School diploma or GED certification.
• Six months to one year of security experience preferably in a similar environment.
• CLEET Certified Law Enforcement Officer.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• Regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
