However despite the industry being one of the greatest levers of innovation throughout history it is still deeply fragmented & structurally misaligned. The Role
Were looking for an experienced mobile engineer to help us transform TruckSmarters new vision into a reality for all the freight this role youll:
Design and implement secure scalable and high-performance mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms using React Native.
Provide guidance on mobile app best practices coding standards and new technologies.
Review code and offer constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with product managers UX/UI designers and backend engineers to align on requirements and deliver solutions.
Design frontend deployment pipelines balancing velocity and reliability to help frontend engineers build excellent product experiences for our users.
Make crucial architectural decisions that will impact feature development for years to come.

What Excites Us
3 - 7 years of experience building frontend applications that are used by a significant number of users.
Proficiency with technologies such as React Native/Flutter React and .
Experience with mobile design patterns (MVC MVP MVVM VIPER) modern architecture and best practices.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the capability to drive cross-functional requirements with business product operations and engineering teams.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
