Lecturer Academic Calendar Transition Curriculum Development Lead (Phase 3)
About this position
This role has been created to support the Academic Calendar & Curriculum Transformation for the Medicine program in School of Clinical Medicine at UNSW. This role may be shared between two academics with fractions to be negotiated.
Some key responsibilities will include designing and developing learning activities resources assessment and feedback for Phase 3 Medicine students using a range of suitable approaches and learning environments; Initiating the development of experimental approaches to teaching learning and assessment with support from senior academics; designing and developing supports for student learning progression both individually and as a cohort to achieve positive learning and employability outcomes.
The appointee/s will work closely with the Medicine Program Assessment Lead to design and develop the new programmatic assessment of learning program including developing the student assessment dashboard. The appointee/s will also work collaboratively with Medicine Program Redesign Course Design Teams Year-level Working Groups Discipline Leads Communities of Practice and professional staff.
