NEPEAN Conveyors (a division of NEPEAN) delivers turnkey conveyor solutions to some of the worlds largest mining companies. Since 1985 we have designed manufactured installed and maintained conveyor systems across Australia.
Your Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Conveyor Technician Supervisors to lead our service team in the Gulgong/Mudgee region. You will manage customer relationships lead a team of technicians and drive growth across our service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management:
Act as the primary contact for customer belt service activities
Ensure complaints and issues are resolved promptly
Identify new service opportunities
Team Leadership:
Schedule and coordinate personnel equipment and materials
Support performance development recruitment and training
Mentor and guide technicians for career growth
Operational Oversight:
Manage after-hours support for customers
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
Business Growth:
Support new/refurbishment belt belt cleaner and aftermarket business opportunities
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in conveyor operations
Underground Black Coal experience (preferred)
Certificate III in Polymer Processing (or working towards)
Valid drivers licence (HR licence an advantage)
Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg
Willingness to relocate to Gulgong/Mudgee
