What we offer
The Project Coordinator role is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week from 7:30-4:00 Mon-Fri (some flexibility on start and end time). This position includes Full Benefit Package and Competitive Wage

A Day in the Life
File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.
Lead and track the Departments AP and AR
Manage various project related documents
Track and report inventory allocation.
Maintain employee paperwork
Other duties as required/assigned.
What you bring
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative/project type of role
Construction Environment considered a strong asset.
Invoicing experience
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
