In this role youll serve as the primary market lead for a 24-week retail engagement program overseeing field execution team performance compliance and retail partnerships. Youll be equal parts coach operator problem-solver and brand ambassadorensuring the program shows up strong accurate and effective every single day.
Lead manage and motivate a team of Brand Specialists throughout a 24-week retail engagement program.
Ensure team members are trained supported and consistently meeting performance and scheduling expectations.
Foster a culture of accountability professionalism and performance excellence in-market.
Uphold program integrity by ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and brand guidelines.
Review daily field reports for accuracy completeness and compliancecorrecting discrepancies quickly.
Act as the escalation point for compliance concerns ensuring swift resolution and transparency.
Support onboarding training and ongoing coaching of field staff.
Equip specialists to confidently engage consumers communicate product knowledge and represent the brand professionally and compliantly.
Manage inventory of program materials and assetsensuring accurate tracking distribution and accountability.
Maintain store readiness and execution standards across all participating locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners through weekly in-person visits and ongoing communication.
Coordinate activation schedules inventory planning and program logistics with store managers.
Serve as a trusted partner to retailerssharing insights feedback and performance metrics.
Deliver timely recaps insights and feedback to internal teams.
Monitor competitive activity and share best practices from the field.
Identify opportunities to improve execution consumer engagement and retailer satisfaction throughout the program.
A hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field and setting the standard by example.
Confident managing teams in dynamic consumer-facing environments.
Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
Personable engaging and able to connect authentically with consumers retailers and field teams.
Calm decisive and solutions-focusedespecially when navigating compliance requirements.
57 years of experience in field marketing brand activation retail or nightlife engagement or related roles.
Proven experience managing and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of compliance in regulated industries with the ability to enforce guidelines consistently.
Excellent organizational problem-solving and reporting skills.
Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate complex product information.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required by the program.
Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Uptown Charlotte.
Must be 21 hold a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
