Job Summary
Evansville Ford is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Evansville this role you will be the vital link between our service department and customers ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs coordinate with technicians and provide accurate repair quotes and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate and timely repair estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient work completion.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Manage service orders and maintain detailed records.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services is an advantage.
- Xtime - 1 year preferred
