Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee repairs to building systems equipment and grounds
Maintain plumbing electrical HVAC and safety systems
Manage preventative maintenance schedule
Respond promptly to service requests
Oversee vendor work and inspections
Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Participate in MOD rotation and supervise maintenance staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years maintenance experience in a similar setting
Knowledge of carpentry plumbing painting and equipment repair
Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures
Valid drivers license
