| Minimum Requirements: | - Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed for the movement and installation of computer equipment and printers

| Preferred Qualifications: | - Strong customer service skills
- Fluent in JS PHP or any shell scripting
- Previous technical support experience particularly troubleshooting Windows or MacOS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office mobile device operating systems and networking
- Possession of a valid drivers license
