Job Title: Office / Admin Assistant
Location: Phoenix AZ 85006
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: General
Payrate: $23 per hour on W2
Additional Information
- Candidate will be driving his/her own car and will be reimbursed for the mileage. Could be between 4 sites (Phoenix Glendale Goodyear and Mesa)
- Proficiency in SharePoint Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat - 5 Years
- At least 5 years of experience in program coordination or administrative support in a government public health or education-related setting.
Skills Required
Provide day-to-day support for program planning execution and tracking.
- Maintain organized documentation records and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with creating reports presentations spreadsheets and program materials using various computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat).
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule. Communicate effectively with team members partners and stakeholders to coordinate logistics and gather information.
- Perform data entry data analysis and prepare summaries as needed.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling meetings taking meeting notes and managing communications.
- Step into various roles as needed to ensure program continuity and success. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Proven proficiency with computers especially Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn new systems tools and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a flexible and collaborative attitude.
Education:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as public administration business administration education health or human services.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for candidates with substantial directly related professional experience.
