Job Summary
Second Shift Operator
Shift:
Training on 1st Shift for approximately 2 weeks then transition to 2nd Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Second Shift Operator to join our team. This position will train on first shift to learn processes and expectations before transitioning to second shift. The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented and willing to learn. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not requiredwe will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and perform assigned production or warehouse tasks safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions quality standards and safety procedures
- Load unload or move materials as needed
- Perform basic checks to ensure equipment and products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Meet productivity and attendance expectations
Requirements
- Ability to train on 1st Shift for two weeks and then work 2nd Shift long-term
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand walk and perform repetitive tasks during the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (a plus but not required)
- Experience operating machinery or equipment is helpful but not necessary
