The primary responsibility of this role is to working across a global complex organization and collaborating with internal customers Toyota Procurement Toyota Legal/Contracts Value Added Resellers and product vendors in areas of responsibility.
Reporting to the Manager the person in this role will support the OneTech Business Operation departments objective to lead and promote collaboration both internally and externally to achieve the strategic objectives set by the OCIO related to sourcing renewals cost objectives and kaizen.
What youll be doing
Collaborate with & Support IPSS with Vendor Sourcing Recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders
Collaborate & Support IPSS & Legal with Contract Terms and Conditions
Collaborate & Support IPSS with Vendor Pricing benchmarking and negotiation strategies
Professional Development
Vendor Issue Escalations and Resolutions
Kaizens
Special projects/activities as assigned
What you bring
Bachelors Degree or related field
5 years of deep and broad knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing large-scale agreements with major Product Vendors like Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe Oracle SAP or other large-scale HS SW or SAAS vendors
3-5 years of vendor management and procurement principles and practices for IT companies
3-5 years of experience in Information Technology IT procurement or another technical environment
High level written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Excel PowerPoint and Word
Added bonus if you have
MBA Masters in Supply Chain or equivalent
