DENTAL HYGIENE SERVICES
Join a mission-driven Indian Health Services (IHS) clinic making a real impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient education on oral health and disease prevention
Deliver periodontal and preventative care including:
Root planing & curettage
Periodontal charting & diagnostics (incl. radiographs)
Coronal polishing
Sealants & fluoride varnish
Oral health education
Expose and process digital radiographs
Assist with oral exams on recall patients as workload allows
Support dental GPRA objectives
Maintain instruments equipment dental unit and operatory supplies
Adhere to all IHS and HHS policies and standards of conduct
SCHEDULE
8-hour clinic day
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM
Partial days possible (pro-rated) by approval
Must arrive no later than 8:00 AM
Expected to see at least 8 patients per clinic day

$24.00 Hourly taxable
$36.00 OT Hourly taxable
$476.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$777.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
$960.00 Taxable
$1253.00 Tax Free
$2213.00 Weekly Before Taxes
