Job Summary

General Manager

As the General Manager at The Campbell House Lexington you will lead all aspects of hotel operations driving performance guest satisfaction and team engagement. Youll oversee departments manage budgets and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the driving force behind our hotels success overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing staff budgets and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
  • You will report to the Vice President of Operations.
  • A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry such as regional director vice president of operations or even corporate-level positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

  • A college degree in Hospitality Management Business and/or combination of education and experience.
  • 5 Years of Hotel General Manager Experience Required.
  • Hilton and/or Marriott Experience Highly Preferred.
  • Ability to lead Sales & Revenue for a high performing hotel.

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
