Overview: Join our growing dealerships Sales team as an enthusiastic Business Development Center Representative (BDC)! We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong knack for marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Receive process verify and distribute information from both inbound and outbound calls focusing on inquiries related to new and pre-owned vehicles and internet leads.
- Provide general information to potential and existing customers.
- Log customer details and comments in our system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with no show customers to ensure engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Ensure that potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Assist with various other tasks as needed at the dealership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferably VINSOULTIONS.
- Professional and personable demeanor with a passion for exceptional customer service.
