Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly goals to unlock commission rewards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BDC Agent or in customer engagement roles preferably in automotive retail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to drive performance and commissions
