American Express in the Nordic region is one of the fastest growing international markets within American Express worldwide. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Nordic Country Manager and strengthening the Nordic consumer card team with below responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Nordics Business Manager and Leadership team to optimize efficiency of time management and Country Manager impact
Book travel and managing expenses for the Country Manager
Coordinating market visits and Business Unit Reviews
Liaising with Executive Assistants for important stakeholders within and outside of the Nordics
Arrange internal & external meetings including booking rooms preparing prints agenda ordering food etc.
Manage the calendar of the Country Manager
Manage invoices relating to the HQ function
Lead all aspects of day-to-day activities

As you will sometimes be the first point of contact for the Nordics it is important that you are easy to work with and agile. You need a high level of integrity and discretion as you sometimes will handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications:
. in Business Administration or equivalent
5 years supporting senior executive or comparable experience
Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel with a strong sense of planning and prioritizing work
Proficient in Swedish and business English
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
