Analyst Account Management Key Accounts

• Planning and implementing sales activities and developing new business in your assigned industries such as railway aerospace commercial vehicles diesel engines energy storage and wind power industries.
• Providing customers with RFQs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Presenting products and technical solutions to customers keeping them informed about new product services pricing changes etc.
• Participating in technical seminars or other activities to maintain long-term customer-supplier relationships and seize new business opportunities.
• Visiting customers regularly to better understand their needs maintain current business and seek new opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
• Ensuring order security and cooperating with customer service and the factory to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
• Managing inventory with the support of customer service; in case of anticipated delivery risks proactively informing customers using appropriate methods acceptable to them in order to balance timely delivery and minimum freight costs.
• Coordinating and collaborating with various teams across the organization to handle customer complaints responsibly ensuring satisfactory resolution and seizing opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and generate new sales.
• Collecting market information that supports decision-making marketing and sales strategy planning.
• Preparing sales forecasts and budgets as well as various sales reports.
• Conducting business in a professional manner complying with the companys code of business ethics and other policies.
• Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
