Key Responsibilities
Support pupils struggling with behaviour social skills or emotional regulation
Implement behaviour management strategies under the guidance of class teachers
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
Work closely with the SENCO to identify and support vulnerable pupils
Facilitate small group and one-to-one interventions
