Job Summary
A well-resourced primary school in Lambeth is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver focused individualised support in a structured and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
Provide tailored one-to-one support for pupils with SEN or learning difficulties
Assist with lesson preparation and delivery under the guidance of the class teacher
Support positive behaviour and social development
Promote pupil engagement and confidence
Contribute to planning and assessment records
