Job Summary
A well-established secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join its site team on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
This position involves maintaining the safety security and presentation of the school site. Duties include opening and closing the premises basic repairs and maintenance monitoring contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance across the site.

The school serves approximately 1100 students and is Ofsted rated Good with a strong focus on safeguarding student wellbeing and a well-maintained learning environment. The site team is supportive and well organised.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous caretaking or site management experience
Has good knowledge of health & safety procedures
Is practical reliable and well organised
Can work independently and as part of a team
