Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership & Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of designers.
Review design work for usability consistency and quality.
Provide constructive feedback and uphold design best practices.
Hands-On Design Contribution:
Participate in complex design projects.
Develop user flows wireframes and prototypes.
Ensure designs are visually appealing and practical.
End-to-End Product Design Ownership:
Collaborate with Product Managers to align on goals and user needs.
Challenge unclear requirements and consider edge cases in design solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Align with stakeholders on priorities and project outcomes.
Foster collaboration between design product and engineering teams.
Quality & Consistency:
Maintain world-class design standards across all platforms.
Ensure consistency while adapting to context and user types.
Advocate for usability and simplicity in all designs.
Requirements:
Experience in leading a product design or UX/UI team and designing software for global use.
Solid experience working on B2B products with exposure to B2C is a plus.
Strong skills in logical thinking about complex user journeys.
Proven ability to communicate design rationale effectively.
Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity; able to balance quality with speed.
