Overview
A leading fintech provider specialising in trading systems payments technology and financial data platforms is looking for a Specialist Product professional to act as a subject-matter expert across client engagements and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial awareness and who enjoys working at the intersection of product pre-sales and client delivery. You will play a key role in supporting enterprise clients across banking capital markets and digital asset sectors ensuring they derive maximum value from advanced fintech solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as the product expert during sales cycles and client onboarding.
Deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops to technical and business audiences.
Support product adoption and training initiatives.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
Work closely with engineering and product management teams.
Qualifications
Experience working with fintech platforms such as trading systems payment gateways or financial data tools.
Strong knowledge of APIs integrations and SaaS architectures.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in client-facing roles within fintech or financial services.
Day-to-day
Conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
Support sales teams in technical discussions.
Assist with onboarding and training sessions.
Document requirements and feature requests.
Collaborate with internal teams on enhancements.
