For a multinational company with a solid track record and regional presence we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the leadership team in Costa Rica.
What will be your challenge
To play a key support role to the leadership team combining administrative organization agenda management and involvement in internal initiatives and events.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis
Manage calendars meetings travel arrangements and executive commitments.
Prepare presentations reports and executive documentation.
Coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics and materials.
Provide general administrative support and track expenses.
Support the organization of internal events and team initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a smooth and well-organized experience.
Act as an internal point of contact for administrative and operational support.
What profile are we looking for
2 to 5 years of experience in executive assistance administrative support or management support roles.
Highly organized proactive and solution-oriented profile with a high level of autonomy.
Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Solid command of digital tools (Office calendars video conferencing platforms).
Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
