Shape the future of Axpos Nordic accounting operations and join us in Oslo to take ownership of compliance regulatory reporting and process controls for the Nordic region (Norway Sweden Finland). As Accounting Manager you will ensure high-quality reliable and efficient accounting operations drive process improvements and support business growth while maintaining strong governance structures.
What you will do:
Own statutory and regulatory accounting for NO/SE/FI ensuring deadlines quality and audit readiness.
Lead governance escalation and cross-country operational coordination keeping stakeholders aligned.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of consolidation and group reporting in line with Axpo Group instructions.
Drive process improvements and automation in BC365 and related integrations to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Maintain robust documentation training and redundancy plans to safeguard business continuity.
Manage the transition from an outsourced to an in-house accounting model safeguarding compliance and uninterrupted operations.
What you bring & who you are:
Deep expertise in Nordic statutory and tax requirements (NO/SE/FI) combined with strong technical accounting skills in IFRS and local GAAP.
Proven leadership and project management experience with the ability to shape processes and guide teams through operational improvements.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (BC365 or equivalent) process automation and internal controls.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions and borders.
Committed to continuous improvement and capable of fostering team development and strong governance practices.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian Swedish and/or Finnish is a strong advantage.
