This role sits at the intersection of business and technology. You will contribute to the development of scalable data products and AI-powered solutions playing a key role in our AI pilot initiatives. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking business acumen and technical expertise and is comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

What youll be doing:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define develop and deliver data products and AI pilot use cases
Conduct data analysis to extract insights that inform product decisions and business strategies
Build and maintain predictive models machine learning pipelines and decision-support tools
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Develop dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring customer behaviour analysis and campaign effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve data quality accessibility and utility
Support project planning timeline estimation and reporting for data initiatives
Promote best practices in data science data governance and ethical AI
Who were looking for:
Proven experience in data analytics data science or a related role
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of statistical methods machine learning algorithms and data modelling
Experience with BI tools particularly ThoughtSpot
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern data platforms
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data projects
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
