Position Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee manufacturing strategies across our European production plants. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence ensure compliance with quality standards and lead change management initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity in a multi-site international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with corporate goals across multiple production plants in Europe.
Operational Management: Direct manufacturing activities to achieve business objectives ensuring cohesive operations between manufacturing supply chain and quality departments.
Operational Excellence (OpEx): Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Establish monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress drive accountability and support data-driven decision-making.
Change Management: Lead transformation efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of new processes technologies and practices.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to relevant regulations industry standards and quality management systems (e.g. ISO certifications).
Innovation & Efficiency: Leverage data analytics and technological advancements to drive improvements and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering is required (Industrial Chemical Food Industry or similar).
Masters degree or MBA from a reputable business school is highly desirable.

Experience:

Proven track record in a senior manufacturing management role within an international multi-site environment.
Minimum of 3 years of specific experience leading Operational Excellence environments or related continuous improvement roles.
Strong experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen Six Sigma 5S).
Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and Quality Management Systems.
Proven ability to leverage technology and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.

Languages:

Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
