The People Consultant team sits within the wider People Operations function and supports employees and leaders across EMEA. Acting as trusted advisors the team provides expert guidance on employee relations performance management policies and complex people scenarios. During an exciting period of transition the team is expanding and is looking for a Senior People Consultant to provide hands-on high-impact support on a contract basis.

You will play a critical role in driving positive outcomes by combining strong employee relations expertise with data insight and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert to employees and managers on sensitive people matters including performance management conflict resolution policy interpretation and company values
Support managers in applying people tools policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement performance and compliance
Provide hands-on support with country-specific compliance requirements in Poland Czechia and Latvia
Analyse trends and people data to develop proactive business-focused solutions
Partner closely with People & Purpose and HR Operations teams on policies processes and employee requests
Contribute to and lead ad-hoc HR projects reporting and cross-functional initiatives
Act as an onsite HR liaison when required to manage urgent or complex issues
Essential Experience
5 years experience in Employee Relations HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles
Proven hands-on Employee Relations experience within Poland
Additional Skills & Attributes
Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience
Confident influencer able to manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a global multicultural environment
Sound judgment and a pragmatic solution-oriented approach
Exposure to other EMEA labor laws is highly desirable
Fluency in Polish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
