Job Summary
Senior Projects Lawyer London 5 PQE
Tandem Search has been exclusively retained by a leading international law firm to support the growth of their award-winning Construction & Projects practice in London.
Were looking to speak with Senior Associates (5 PQE) who have a strong grounding in non-contentious construction projects and infrastructure work particularly those with experience advising on high-risk buildings real estate development and finance-related transactional matters.
The Opportunity
You will be joining a top-ranked global team that advises on some of the most high-profile and complex infrastructure and energy projects in the world from nuclear and renewables to transport health education and water. What Youll Be Doing:
Advising major developers public bodies utilities and funders
Drafting and negotiating key construction/project documents
Working alongside real estate finance and commercial teams
Mentoring and guiding junior lawyers
Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
Ideal Candidate:
5 years PQE from a recognised UK/international firm or strong in-house team
Proven track record in complex construction or projects matters
Strong technical drafting and commercial advisory skills
Team-oriented with excellent communication and leadership abilities
Open to working across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions
