Generate new business through direct sales activities (leads referrals walk-ins tele-calling digital leads).

Meet prospective customers understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and cross-selling.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per compliance and company guidelines.

Follow up on issued policies for customer satisfaction and service requirements.

Maintain MIS sales reports and daily activity trackers.

Participate in product training sales meetings and promotional activities.

1 5 years of experience in Direct Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI (freshers can be considered).
