Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through direct sales activities (leads referrals walk-ins tele-calling digital leads).

  • Meet prospective customers understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and cross-selling.

  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per compliance and company guidelines.

  • Follow up on issued policies for customer satisfaction and service requirements.

  • Maintain MIS sales reports and daily activity trackers.

  • Participate in product training sales meetings and promotional activities.

  • Adhere to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • 1 5 years of experience in Direct Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI (freshers can be considered).

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
