Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong experience in handling Primary and Secondary Data. The ideal candidate will support business teams by providing accurate high-quality insights reports and dashboards. This role requires excellent data validation reporting and business intelligence skills to help drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect clean and analyze primary and secondary data sources to generate actionable insights.
Understand business requirements and deliver data outputs with high quality accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Write robust SQL queries to extract transform and analyze data from various databases.
Utilize Python for data processing automation analytics and model building where needed.
Ensure strong data validation processes data quality checks and documentation.
Support business teams with impactful insights trend analysis and performance reports.
Work on Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives and contribute to developing data-driven solutions.
Integrate AI tools and workflows to improve automation reporting efficiency and analytics capabilities.
Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear concise and business-friendly manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing product and operations to support strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong experience working with primary data (surveys customer data field data web scraping) and secondary data (market reports research data industry benchmarks).
Proficiency in:
Python (pandas NumPy data automation)
SQL (queries joins stored procedures)
Power BI (DAX data modeling dashboards)
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables Power Query formulas macros preferred)
Solid understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and data visualization best practices.
Good data validation quality control and reporting skills.
Experience with AI integrations or automation tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight timelines.
Experience with statistical analysis tools or basic machine learning concepts.
Knowledge of APIs or web scraping.
