Job Summary
Provide high-quality safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NMBI standards
Assess plan implement and review individualised care plans
Administer medications safely and accurately in line with organisational policies
Monitor document and respond promptly to changes in residents clinical conditions
Lead support and supervise care staff during shifts
Promote residents independence dignity and overall quality of life
Communicate effectively with residents families GPs and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate timely and confidential clinical records
Ensure ongoing compliance with HIQA regulations policies and best practice guidelines
Requirements
Registered General Nurse qualification
Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Strong clinical knowledge with a clear commitment to person-centred care
Previous experience in elderly care
Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Garda clearance and satisfactory professional references
