About the Role

The Solutions Architect CRM plays a pivotal role within the Global IT team owning the end-to-end architecture performance and evolution of the global CRM platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology and commercial strategy ensuring CRM solutions are scalable compliant and deeply aligned with business objectives across regions.

You will act as a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders translating business needs into effective CRM capabilities enabling data-driven decision-making and driving adoption across diverse addition to strategic ownership the role includes hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations continuous improvement and advanced commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design implement and maintain the global CRM architecture (Salesforce / IQVIA OCE) ensuring scalability compliance and seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Lead the full CRM lifecycle including requirements gathering configuration deployment governance and performance optimization.
  • Oversee day-to-day CRM operations ensuring system stability high data quality and effective user management.
  • Provide proactive support through system health checks optimization initiatives training and adoption programs.
  • Deliver reactive support including incident resolution troubleshooting and coordination with external vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to align CRM functionality with commercial needs and ensure consistent adoption across markets.
  • Enable commercial reporting by integrating CRM with BI tools (Power BI) and delivering dashboards and insights on sales performance customer engagement and field activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new CRM features analytics capabilities and harmonized processes to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Experience & Requirements

  • 8 years of CRM experience with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or IQVIA OCE including configuration customization and integrations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country CRM deployments and ongoing operations.
  • Solid understanding of CRM data models APIs release and change management and support processes.

  • Experience integrating CRM platforms with BI tools such as Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications experience in Life Sciences MedTech or Pharma environments and advanced BI or analytics exposure.
