JOB DESCRIPTION

The employee will be responsible for the technical execution and coordination of the development of new or modified components. This activity will be carried out during all phases of product development and maintenance from conception series production and maintenance of the range.

The work will consist of defining technical requirements planning and monitoring development issuing technical documentation (SOR / CCD / CN / ODMs / Teamcenter / NX / CAD Tools) analyzing 3D studies and 2D drawings executing DFMEA issuing and monitoring virtual and physical validation programs diagnosing anomalies and defining corrective actions issuing information for the preparation of work instructions related to the handling and assembly of components in manufacturing and maintenance in after-sales updating technical memory according to Clients standards and procedures and any applicable legislative requirements for the perfect achievement of the technical objectives of product performance quality and costs respecting the established programs.

Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of Turbocharging System Valve Control System for Internal Combustion Engines Cooling System for Internal Combustion Engines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for internal combustion engines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; Proficiency in developing and managing DVP&R (validation plan)
• Proficiency in GD&T / ASME Y14.5M-2015 regarding the interpretation and definition of the dimensioning system to be used in the project;
• Development of DFMEA according to SAE J1739 - AIAG Manual FMEA 4th ed.
• Knowledge of technical documentation systems - CoDeP / CCD/ EBOM; being able to perform basic activities such as: Consultation of engines and components including their various applications; Comparison of engine versions; Understanding and issuing product modification documentation (CRF / ODM / CN / CCD) for components and their applications in engines and vehicles.
• Advanced English - Required
