Job Summary
2 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect modules.
Strong understanding of incentive compensation management principles and sales
performance metrics.
Proficiency in data integrations ETL processes and working with CRM/ERP systems (e.g.
Salesforce SAP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or related field preferred.
