Job Summary
Job Title: Bulk Plant Operator
Pay Range: XX19 - XX22/hour
Location: Williston ND 58801
Duration: 1 Year
Schedule: 15 on and 6 off rotation
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Bulk Plant Operator to manage bulk plant facilities and ensure timely delivery of products and services to well sites. The operator will handle blending mixing and loading of bulk materials while maintaining high quality safety and compliance standards. This role also involves supporting the training of new operators and assisting with inventory and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blend and mix bulk products according to job program specifications.
- Verify quantities and quality of materials prior to loading.
- Coordinate product movement with the Logistics and PSD teams.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and receipts.
- Ensure proper labeling storage and disposal of additives and containers.
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean safe bulk plant.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements / Skills:
- Experience in bulk material handling or similar industrial operations.
- Understanding of quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of HSE practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
