This trainee role is designed for nutrition graduates who want real-world exposure beyond consultations and diet charts.

Role Overview

As a Nutritionist Trainee you will work across nutrition planning kitchen operations product development customer engagement and business activities. This role blends science execution feedback sales exposure making it ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in food startups.

Key Responsibilities

Nutrition & Product Development

• Assist in designing meal plans with calorie and macro calculations

• Test new dishes with chefs and kitchen teams

• Standardize recipes with nutritional values

• Collect and analyze user feedback to improve meals

Kitchen & Operations Exposure

• Work closely with kitchen operations to understand execution challenges

• Ensure nutrition plans are practically implementable at scale

• Support quality control and portion standardization

New Product Launch & Innovation

• Support launching new food products and meal programs

• Participate in trials sampling and pilot launches

• Help document processes for repeatable execution

Customer Engagement & Growth

• Interact with customers to understand preferences and challenges

• Support events workshops and nutrition awareness sessions

• Assist in closing leads and onboarding customers

Business & Brand Exposure

• Work with the core team on growth experiments and partnerships

• Support offline and online brand activities

• Gain exposure to how a food startup scales operations and revenue

Who Should Apply
