Behavioral / Psychiatric RN Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric and behavioral health assessments
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists therapists and care teams
Ensure patient safety and adherence to treatment plans
Document care accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license
Minimum of 18 months of experience in behavioral health psychiatric or related care setting
Current ACLS/BLS certification
Calm compassionate and confident in high-acuity environments
