Job Summary

On-Call Hospice Nurse Join our growing nurse-led hospice (80% SNF population). We are a nurse-led company.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. This field-based role provides critical after-hours support to hospice patients and families in their homes and care facilities.7 on/7 off schedule.

80% of our patient population is in SNFs which can be a significant advantage for nurses looking at on-call opportunities.

Job Summary:
The On-Call RN provides responsive skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients during evenings nights and weekends. Youll support patients and families with symptom management crisis response and emotional support during vulnerable times collaborating with the broader hospice team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN license in the state of Michigan
At least 1 year of RN hospice experience preferred

Flexible compassionate and collaborative

Open to completing hospice-specific training

Requirements:
