Key Responsibilities
Drive business development for RealSelfs Booking Integration and related provider products across medspas aesthetic providers financial services and more.
Build and manage a proactive pipeline including outbound outreach relationship development and strategic account targeting.
Design and implement processes for our inbound funnel tied to business pages including product bundling and monetization pathways.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering Revenue and senior leadership to align on roadmap launch strategy and provider feedback.
Contribute to pricing packaging and positioning by surfacing market insights and voicing informed data-backed opinions.
Track and evaluate performance measuring success through both quantitative metrics (pipeline conversion revenue impact) and qualitative outcomes (provider feedback strategic learnings ecosystem attributions).
Help define new business development playbooks turning early experiments into scalable repeatable processes.
What Were Looking For:
47 years of experience in business development partnerships sales or strategic growth ideally in marketplaces SaaS healthcare financial services or consumer platforms.
Strong relationship-building skills with comfort engaging founders operators and clinical leaders.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and technical teams.
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on executionyou can zoom out and get scrappy.
Comfortable with ambiguity change and building from a blank page.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NYC-based and able to work hybrid (2 days per week in office).
Nice to Have:
Experience in aesthetics healthcare marketplaces or vertical SaaS.
Exposure to pricing packaging or go-to-market experimentation.
Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline analytics.
